As a customer of Etherion, Inc. you can be assured we will attempt to service or repair your computer with industry leading equipment, software and technical expertise. Please read the following important information.

You have contacted us to service or repair your computer. It is impossible to fully know the current state of your computer regardless of how well it may appear to operate when received, or if problems have occurred, the extent of the damage to your computer at this time.

We will not assume responsibility for:

If accessible, we can save your files but not your programs, you will need the original installation disks and authorization codes for us to reinstall your operating system and / or software programs if you require or choose this additional service. 

We cannot reinstall your operating system without your system restore disk(s) and / or an original operating system installation disk(s) and an original software license document with installation key(s). If you do not have your system restore disk(s) we will try to purchase, at your expense, replacement media from the computer manufacturer when possible.

Additional software installations may also require their original installation disk(s) and license documentation. We will NOT install any software from non-manufacturer issued media. We will, however, reinstall software that has been purchased via the internet and obtained by “electronic download” and has been archived to non-manufacturer media provided you have an authorization e-mail from the software vendor or other documentation naming you as the original purchaser. Etherion, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to install any software on your computer, regardless of reason.

You are responsible for full disclosure of services requested or computer malfunction issues. Services or repairs are limited to the details that you provide. If you do not or are unable to indicate specific needs or problem(s), additional charges may apply to correct any additional issues you may discover upon the return of your computer.

We are servicing your equipment for additional functionality or because of damage, either hardware and/or software related.  In some cases we may have to accept equipment for service or repair without being able to verify its state of operation. Issues can appear to be created by a specific cause but, due to the extremely complex nature of computers & devices, may actually be caused by another issue or multiple issues.

Attempts to service or repair your computer may lead to unexpected results including damage to hardware, loss of data, loss of operating system stability and other events which may require the complete reinstallation of your operating system, equipment drivers and software. You will be responsible for any additional charges if these actions are required. However, we will contact you and obtain your approval before proceeding with actions that will exceed our service or repair estimates (if given). Additionally, some issues may arise that may not be detected at the time of service or repair. We are unable to guarantee that your computer will perform flawlessly or to your expectations upon return. In signing this document you agree to release Etherion, Inc., its employees and assigns from any liability whatsoever.
